As our current CEO prepares for his imminent retirement, we are looking for an inspiring values-based leader with a strong focus on delivering excellent services. Someone who can build on our existing strengths and keep our focus on areas where we can improve.

This is an exciting time for Bron Afon. We have a new Development Strategy; a Digital Transformation Programme and we’re piloting a 4-day week. You will lead the organisation through some big changes, ensuring that we continue to transform to deliver the best services for our customers. Along with the rest of the housing sector, there is also a lot to deliver to meet regulatory compliance and legislative changes.

You will be a visible and collaborative leader within and outside Bron Afon, modelling our values in all that you do, and passionate about delivering great outcomes for our customers. You will work with an ambitious and driven executive team, and a skilled and experienced Board who want to ensure the quality of our services and the homes we build and manage, provides security, satisfaction and value for money for our customers.
